Tri-ValleyHelp.org was created as a resource and referral guide for human service providers and the residents of Pleasanton, Livermore, Dublin and the surrounding areas in eastern Alameda County, California. The purpose of the site is to provide current information regarding human service resources in the Tri-Valley area. This site was developed as a collaborative effort by the Tri-Valley Health Collaborative and Axis Community Health.

About the Tri-Valley Health Collaborative

The Tri-Valley Health Collaborative is a group of community leaders, health and human services professionals, local officials, interested citizens, and representatives from the education and faith communities who are committed to finding solutions to health care challenges in the Tri-Valley.
